Location is everything!
Just spent 3 nights and honestly, the location is perfect for walking everywhere! Staff was super friendly, welcoming us with a tasty Porto and pasteis de nata. Our room was cleaned daily, fresh towels and all! The view from the room was to die for. One minor thing, though, the breakfast options could be better.

Had a fantastic time here! The pool and spa were great for relaxation after a long day exploring, although the kitchen vent outside was a bit noisy in the morning. A solid tip would be to grab a pair of earplugs if you're a light sleeper! 😄

Highly recommend for a couple's getaway
I gotta tell you, the staff were extraordinary. When we checked in, we were greeted with a glass of wine and a delicious Portuguese pastry. They even recognized it was my husband’s birthday and surprised us with a wonderful cake, such a sweet touch.
It wasn't exactly cheap but honestly worth every penny.

The location is perfect, surrounded by restaurants and bars. Rooms are modern and clean. We had a Superior Double Room with a coffee machine, flat-screen TV, and a minibar. The staff were super friendly and offered great local tips. Plus, there’s an awesome breakfast with fresh pastries. Totally enjoyed it!

The stay was amazing, thanks to the very convenient location in the Baixa District just a few minutes walk from both the Baixa-Chiado and Rossio metro stations, allowing me to easily explore the city's beautiful parks and iconic landmarks like the Santa Justa Lift and the vibrant Time Out Market nearby.
